Ben has been helping his clients live healthier, fitter lives since becoming a professional in 2014, a decision he made after 20 years of dedication to his own personal fitness.
His clients have successfully learned to manage low back pain, chronic conditions such as CFS and arthritis, weight management, muscle building and cardiovascular fitness. He has also prepped clients for entrance tests to the Navy and public services.
Sessions with Ben are focused and friendly, carefully matched to each client”s individual needs, with an emphasis on mentoring and understanding.
